Welcome to our blog. We are three sisters that share a love of crafting and we want to share that love with you. I have been crafting since I was a little girl. The first things I remember creating were the plastic paintable sun catchers, a stuffed Smurf pillow and paint by numbers. As I grew my crafts grew also, just ask my husband about the room downstairs…. As an adult I dabbled with sewing, crocheting, baking, basket weaving and paper crafts. I still dabble in all of it, but my heart is in baking and card making. My plan is to share my journey with you as I learn new skills or polish off old ones. Please come along with me and don’t mind the mess. Life is meant to be lived and living is messy. My table will have scraps on it, my hands will be inky, and if I am baking there will be flour on my nose. Welcome and let me know if you see something you like.
Welcome to the 3 Crafting Angels blog. I am one of three sisters (there are five total in our family) who use our crafting to unwind, create, and enjoy time together. Our crafting time is spent laughing, singing, giving feedback, and most importantly, loving and supporting each other.
A little bit about me: I am a wife, mother, step-mother, daughter, sister, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, teacher, musician, paper crafter, Christian, dog mom…..the list goes on and is in no particular order. Summer is when I get to sit down and explore and learn new techniques, and create many of the cards I will use through the year. During the school year, paper crafting is a way for me to unwind.
We grew up in a house where creativity was encouraged. We were given latch hook rug and pillow kits, beginning sewing projects, encouraged to bake and cook and obviously, music lessons. There are five girls in our family, and we all learned, among many other things, how to play piano, how to sew, how to cook, how to bake, how to grow plants, and how to seek out that which soothes our creative soul. Out of all of this grew my love for music, baking, and eventually, my love for creating paper projects.

Hi! Thank you for stopping by our blog. We hope that you will become inspired by our crafts to create some projects of your own. Through this time spent creating our crafts a treasure of memories are also being created. We are 3 of 5 sisters and I could jest and saw we are the sweetest of the three…. LOL! In all actuality we are each quite special in our own way.
So, of the three crafting angels, two are very focused and one is not. I am that one who is not. Sometimes my craft is beading, sometimes wreath-making, sometimes sewing which is very rare. One of these crafting dates I would imagine my 2 angels will teach me the art of paper creation. After all, they do such an excellent job at their craft. I am also a musician (flutist), wife of a fantastic musician (www.waldonreed.com), music teacher (especially loving the Orff approach), bread baker (einkorn), and lover of essential oils.
