Blog, Carina, Uncategorized Clean and Simply Christmas December 12, 2018 Greetings from snowy Michigan. Just a quick post showing a few more clean and simple cards for Christmas. Us a simple masking technique to provide structure and some pretty colors go a few quick cards. I Stamped this lovely layered poinsettia and then created a mask with the base layer. Placed the mask over the stamped flower so my leaves would look like they are peeking out from behind the flower. Masked the sides of the tree with two strips of washi tape Then added a simple stripe on either side of the tree for structure using the stripes from my Concord and 9th plaid background set. Added a greeting and a little red bird for color. I again masked with a strip of washi tape so my stripes at the bottom of the card would have a sharp edge to it. Two colors of blue for a bit of contrast. I did use a stamp tool for placing the snowflakes for the spacing. Thanks for stopping by and hope that you can find moments of peace during this hectic season. Please follow and like us: Previous Bling! Adding shine, shimmer and bling to cards.
