Focus on the Sentiment
Just a quick stop in today. Trying to finish up a Gina K Designs challenge. The challenge was to focus on the sentiment, no stamped images allowed. I choose this lovely sentiment that I stamped in Versafine Black Onyx and used clear embossing powder to give it shine. For the background I decided on a quick wash of color using my Faber Castel Gelatos. I die cut the sentiment out, matted it on black glimmer cardstock and used some foam tape to give it dimension. A quick bow was added for interest and I called it finished. I am done with this card, but it may go in my “thinking about it” pile. When I am done with a card but feel it might be missing something I will put it away and look at if with clear eyes a few days later. Sometimes I say nope it is done and others I will decide what the missing element is. Thanks for stopping by today.
